What a fun and exciting place. For starters the folks that work there are so nice, informative, and polite. Customer service is key and they nailed it. The beer..I tried two different ones and they were delicious. Not overpowering and not under powering they were just right. The atmosphere inside the location is a lot of fun with ample seating. They also have benches outside. I met a few nice locals and everyone was so nice. Definitely looking forward to going back sometime. They do have food of which I didn’t try. There is plenty of parking either on the road or in the parking garage. Lastly, they also serve liquor. Go give them a try I can assure you it is worth the visit.

Outstanding food and drink and Sierra is absolutely the best bartender in Asheville. Great service and her attitude is even better. We’ll be back

Great and relaxing environment! The tacos are excellent, the quality of food is much better than most breweries and at an affordable price. The staff is always friendly and welcoming every time we are in the brewery. Wednesday pint night is a usual stop for us and they have some of the best ciders I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Thirsty Monk if you are around Biltmore Park.

Had The Dream (subbed tuna for salmon) and Mike’s Angel Roll. My husband - who doesn’t eat sushi or seafood at all - loved it!! Quiet atmosphere where you can actually hold a conversation and enjoy the company of the staff. Intimate and small location. Definitely recommend!

A very cool place! Best local place to get Belgium style beers!! I recommend the Abby Blonde Ale and/or the Tricky Tripel! Super nice staff!! Excellent customer service! I would like to highlight one of your staff members. Attention Owners: Cody does a superb job!! He’s one that goes above and beyond for sure! If a raise is due, he deserves one for sure! An overall great place! This place hit a homerun for sure!

Just had new chicken wings on menu. Heather and Jim are dynamic duo. Wings have super flavor and sauces are homemade in house. Just ordered another order of 12.

We didn’t have food here but that’s only because we already ate. However the food smelled fantastic! Friendly staff. Could use a pool table or some other forms of entertainment but no complaints otherwise. Plenty of locally brewed tasty beer on tap, I recommend the Holy Wit for starters.

We stopped in for a quick beer as we were gallivanting around. Loved the atmosphere. The beer selection was fantastic. With the name like "Thirsty Monk", I had to try the "Tricky Tripel". It absolutely did not disappoint. I would recommend stopping in. The beers are great and the vibes are true. I can't wait to go back.
